How do I use the IGT Card?
A. Use the IGT
Card the same as you would any other bank
or charge card. When paying your restaurant
bill or making a purchase, simply present
your IGT Charge Card for payment. You will
receive a copy of the charge slip for reference.
At the end of each month, you will receive
a monthly statement from IGT Services, Inc.
listing all of your charges.
Q. When do I receive my discount?
A. You
will receive your 20% discount from IGT at the time
of the IGT billing so long as your charges are paid
by the payment due date listed on your monthly statement.
The IGT Merchant does not give the discount. Your
IGT monthly statement will list the purchase amounts
and the discount amounts, as well as all taxes and
gratuities (which will be billed at 100%). Additionally,
the statement will indicate both your monthly savings
and your savings for the last 12 months.

Q.
Why is it so important that my IGT payment
be made by the Payment Due Date?
A. IGT
guarantees that you will receive the appropriate
discount on all purchases reflected on each
monthly statement so long as you pay IGT before
the Payment Due Date on the statement. All
charges must be paid in full each month.
If your payment is made after the Payment
Due Date, your next statement will reflect
a reversal of savings.

Where is the IGT Card Honored?
A. The IGT Charge Card
is currently honored at more than 2,000 restaurants,
retail and service establishments in New York, New
Jersey, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Tampa,
Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Chicago, Los Angeles,
San Francisco, Washington D.C., Boston, New Orleans
and more.

There are no limitations on the time of day or day
of the week. Use your IGT Card anytime.

Do I have a pre-established credit limit?
A.
Yes. It appears on your
card carrier and also on the monthly statement
thereafter.
Q. Is there a maximum dollar amount
I can charge on my IGT Card per use?
A. At
restaurants you may charge any amount
so long as you do not exceed your credit limit. At
retail locations you must get IGT's pre-approval for
purchases over $300. Call Customer Service at 800-4-IGT-USA
for approval.

How do I pay the tax and tip?
A. Tax
and tip will be included in your restaurant charge which
you will pay with your IGT Card. They will appear on your
IGT monthly statement.

Do I need to make reservations at IGT restaurants?
A. No.
However, for parties of 7 or more, you must make reservations
through IGT Contact Us at least 72 hours in advance of your
planned visit. Restaurants are not obligated to accept for
large parties.

What should I do if my IGT Card is refused at an IGT restaurant?
A. IGT
guarantees your discount if the restaurant is listed in
the current restaurant listing. Mail or fax a copy of your
restaurant receipt within 14 days of the refusal. Please
note the name of the person who refused the card on your
receipt.

What should I do if my IGT Card is refused by an IGT retail
or service merchant?
A.
Ask the merchant to hold your merchandise. Do not take it
with you and do not pay for it. Report this refusal to IGT
Contact Us immediately, and they will attempt to resolve
the issue with the merchant.
